Q: Why is OSH the right choice for me?
A: Here at OSH, we know that our team is our greatest asset. We strive to create a welcoming environment that provides you with the flexibility and consistency you need, in addition to incentives and resources — like our caregiver newsletter and special awards — to recognize how critical you are to our success. From weekly paychecks to quick onboarding of new cases — often within 24 hours — OSH goes the extra mile to create a great environment for our caregivers. You’ll always have access to your point of contact for any questions or concerns. And at OSH, you’re not a “contractor” you’re a member of our family. That means you have access to all the benefits provided to OSH employees.
Q: What documentation will I need to provide in order to be hired for OSH caregiver jobs?
A: There are a few things you’ll need before you can start working in caregiver jobs at OSH:
- A copy of your license or certificate
- Evidence of a tuberculosis screening
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Two (2) satisfactory and verifiable references (including name, phone number and details on working relationship)
To protect our employees and clients, we also complete a background check and drug screen (requirements vary by state; contact your local office to see if this applies in your area).
